Please read these Terms of Service ('Terms') carefully before using the TSR Dairy Manager application and web services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading the APK or using the web services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use or download our applications.
2. Description of Service
TSR Dairy Manager provides farm record-keeping tools for tracking cow profiles, logging milk production parameters, managing sales ledgers, and setting alerts. The service is provided 'as is' for operational optimization.
3. Offline Storage & Caching
All operational records are cached locally on your device database (Room DB). You are solely responsible for backing up your device database file. Cloud sync is only available on supported network setups.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TSR Dairy Manager or its developers be liable for any data loss, financial damages, or operational errors resulting from the use of this software.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
