TSR Dairy Manager respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is stored locally on your device, and how it is transmitted when synchronization services are enabled.
1. Information We Collect
We collect device logs for performance debugging and waitlist emails. No cow records, milk logs, or financial logs are collected by the website.
2. Local Sandbox & Caching
The Android app runs entirely offline, caching logs in an isolated Room DB sandbox. Your records are private and remain on your device unless you sync them.
3. Cloud Backups (Phase 2+)
If you enable cloud sync, operational records are securely transmitted and stored in a shared Supabase database. Transmission uses HTTPS and JWT authorization.
4. Data Security & Erasure
You can erase all database records from your device using the clear database command in settings. You can request deletion of sync account records by email.
5. GDPR Compliance & Rights
We comply with international privacy directives. Users retain rights to access, rectify, restrict, or delete their operational data configurations.
